Your Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade Concentrate is the most universal marinade I have ever tried. I use it on everything. It has the best taste that leaves everyone who tries it wanting more. I have use your marinade when I roast, bake, grill, and even in my crock pot. This is the greatest marinade out there. Here is one of my kids favorite recipes using your marinade.
“Deb's Teriyaki Pizza”
your favorite pizza dough
marinaded chicken (with Norlanders Teriyaki Sauce and Marinade Concentrate for 24 hrs.)
pizza sauce add 1 TBLS of Norlander's to it
Cheese
Your Favorite Veggies
Roll out your dough. Smother with Norlander's flavored pizza sauce. Place cooked marinaded chicken on pizza anyway you want. Top with veggies and cheese. Cook in oven. Enjoy.

We have really enjoyed using the "Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade Concentrate" on almost everything that we eat. Because it is a concentrate when we use it as a sauce, it enhances the flavor and makes it excellent. My wifes mother lives with us and she is always asking for that "good sauce" to put on her food. Its so handy to use when you need to improve
the taste of what you are eating. We use it on so many different foods like rice, vegetables, fish, beef and chicken. It is great on pasta also. If you want meat to taste great, marinade it for 24 to 36 hours.

I don’t do much cooking, but I enjoy cooking salmon. I recently discovered Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade Concentrate and decided to try it on the salmon. I had never marinaded anything in my life, but I used about a tablespoon of Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade Concentrate for one salmon filet, marinaded it for 24 hours, then baked it at 350 for 28 minutes. Man, was it good!

Our family LOVES the taste of Chinese cuisine. In particular we really enjoy teriyaki flavor. We have long looked for a truly outstanding teriyaki sauce and tried several different brands, but when we discovered Norlander’s Original Teriyaki Sauce and Marinade Concentrate our search ended!! It is an amazingly good flavor! The Concentrated sauce makes it really easy to get just the right amount of flavor we enjoy! We can make it stronger just by diluting it less and get a great taste that makes it more fun to cook at home than to go out for Chinese food. We especially love to grill with it. We will marinate chicken or beef overnight or even just a few hours and then use more as a sauce to dip it in! We are hooked, and wouldn’t use anything else now!

We just wanted to let you know just how much we love your Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade Concentrate! We make a lot of beef and vegetable dishes in our home and the Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade Concentrate has made these dishes even better. One of my favorite dishes is:
“Chinese Steak”
It includes marinading 2 lbs. of chuck steak or sirloin (cut up into small strips) in ½ cup of Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade Concentrate and ½ cup of water over night or if we're in a hurry, a couple of hours.
We cut up into chunks and set aside:
2-3 bell peppers (varied in colors)
2-3 small red tomatoes
½ of a small onion
1 can pineapple
Now we pan fry the beef and Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade Concentrate until browned. Then add the bell peppers and onions, cook for about 3 minutes. Last, add the tomatoes and pineapple for about 2 minutes (just until warm).
While this is all cooking, make desired about of rice to add with beef and vegetable mixture and enjoy, for this recipe size it's about 1 and a half cups of white long grain rice.
We do this same recipe with chicken and it still tastes fantastic. We also do a vegetarian variation of this recipe in which we exclude the meat and add pine nuts, more bell peppers, jalapeños (if you like it hotter), sugar snap peas, and any other stir fry vegetable desired. Instead of marinading the meat, in this recipe the vegetables would be marinaded for a couple of hours.
We also marinade steaks and chicken to grill outside using the Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade Concentrate. Fajitas and Kabobs are other dishes we've used the Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade Concentrate with.
We really like that it is concentrate because we tend to make our sauces and marinades a little stronger then the directions call for. We also like to use it as a sauce by itself to add to rice or add a little extra on the beef or chicken after it's been cooked.

I am writing to you at this time to share how much my family loves your Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade Concentrate! It is wonderful to be able to have an “all purpose concentrate” that we can adjust to our many cooking and party needs.
I have diluted your concentrate as your label suggests and our family and friends absolutely love the flavoring. However, your concentrate has allowed me to be able to “create my own” strength making it stronger to baste and cook with more kick and flavor impact!
When I saw that Norlander’s Original Foods, Inc. Teriyaki Sauce and Marinade Concentrate was a “concentrated” product, my mind was flowing with new ideas for grilled vegetables, baked vegetables, fish, pork, beef, chicken, turkey and lamb. I have used your product as a marinade, knowing that I can come into the kitchen and cook full flavored meals very quickly. In conjunction to using for marinades, I have used your product for dipping sauces, basting (meats and vegetables), stir fry, rice, noodles, etc.
What really surprised me was that my teenage daughter who works (2) two jobs, and goes to college full time even uses your product for snacking and quick throw together foods. I have seen her open a pouch or can of tuna and dip her tuna into your full strength concentrate. Using your sauce for vegetables is wonderful baked or grilled. However, as we are on the run with hectic schedules it is wonderful to dip fresh vegetables into your sauce. My daughter loves your product so much she has even dipped crackers in your sauce for a quick snack!
Thank you for making such a wonderful product that has “no end to the cooking creativity” and ease to make exceptionally flavored quick meals that truly is for all purpose cooking!
