Instructions for exchange or refund:
In order to process your exchange or refund, please return your unused portion of the Norlander’s Original product to the address provided below.  The original receipt showing the amount of your purchase is needed for a full refund of the original amount paid, plus the reasonable cost of shipping. If you do not have your receipt, please return your container of the Norlander’s Original product for a maximum refund of the suggested retail price plus the reasonable cost of shipping.  Your refund plus the reasonable cost of shipping will be processed upon receipt of your return.  Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the processing of your refund.
